Dr Christos Krasadakis graduated from Medical School, University of Athens (2010) and School of Dentistry, University of Athens (2006). Following that he worked as a resident in General Surgery at Evangelistria Hospital of Tripoli, Arcadia.

Since 2012 he has been a member of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at KAT General Hospital in Athens (one of the biggest hospitals in the Balkans) and in 2016 he successfully completed his residency training.

Since the year 2016 he has been working as Consultant in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at KAT General Hospital in Athens.

He has performed and participated in numerous aesthetic, oncologic and reconstructive surgeries in the oral, head and neck area.

His surgical expertise includes:

•Craniofacial Trauma Surgery (management of fractures and soft tissue injuries)
•Orthognathic Surgery
•Salivary Gland Surgery (parotid, submandibular, etc.)
•Facial Cosmetic Surgery (Facelift/Necklift / Eyelid surgery etc)

Since 2015, he has been a member of the Postgraduate Course in Metabolic Bone Diseases of University of Athens. He has also delivered numerous presentations in Greek and international scientific conferences.

Over the last several years he has been practicing in facial aesthetics and facial injectables (Botox, Hyaluronic Acid, Threads, Blood Derivatives). He is also the head trainer of the Australasian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics in Europe, focusing on training doctors to incorporate facial injectable treatments into their daily clinical practice.

He is a certified First Aid Instructor (RTI First Aid Instructor, ATLS Provider, ACLS Provider). He founded the voluntary group First Aid Athens, offering free training seminars in schools, hospitals, and community centers. Over the past 15 years, more than 25,000 people have been trained in person in Greece, and over 350,000 via online webinars.

Since the year 2017 he has been the President of the Facial Esthetic and Rejuvenation Academy of Greece.

In December of 2019 he was accredited as an Honorary Fellow of the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics in New York.

In January 2020 he was the President of the Organizing Committee of the Panhellenic Conference HAOMS2020 Aesthetics.

In 2021, he pursued advanced training in Cosmetic Facial and Neck Surgery at the Joe Niamtu Cosmetic Facial Surgery Center (Virginia, USA), further consolidating his expertise in the field.

In 2022 he mastered in Vienna in Advanced Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Techniques, as well as Temporal, Brow and Forehead lift procedures, under the guidance of the world renowned Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Mario Pelle Ceravolo and Giovanni Botti.

In June 2023 he was elected as member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, recognizing his extensive international scientific contributions and his numerous successful procedures, including Deep Plane Facelift, Necklift, Buccal Fat Removal, and Blepharoplasty.

Since May 2024, he has been the founder and director of Face of Athens, a specialized surgical clinic for Facial, Oral, and Neck Surgery (4 Dionysiou Aiginitou Street, Athens).

In January 2025, he again served as President of the Organizing Committee of the 32nd National Congress of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery “Face to Face” at the Athens Concert Hall, attended by 650 delegates and 60 speakers from Greece and 16 other countries.

In June 2025, he successfully founded with Dr Joe Niamtu (USA), the Athens Cadaveric Courses, attracting international participation, dedicated to advanced training of Greek and international physicians in injectable and surgical aesthetic procedures on fresh frozen human cadaveric specimens (eg Deep Plane Facelift).

Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon

1st Vice President of the Facial Esthetic and Rejuvenation Academy of Greece. Μember of the Hellenic Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery

Diamantis Bournakis is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgeon, co-owner of the Face of Athens clinic.

He graduated from the Medical School of Patras, and after the completion of the field service and the fulfillment of his military obligations, he continued his training initially in General Surgery (2 years) and then in the Plastic Surgery clinic of KAT General Hospital (4 years).

After successfully passing the relevant examinations (June 2020), he acquired the title of Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon.

He has completed the postgraduate program in "Cardiopulmonary resuscitation" of the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

For many years, he has been a trainer of basic and specialized life support (BLS, ALS) of the Greek Society of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and a member of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).

He is a founding member and vice-president of the Facial Esthetic & Rejuvenation Academy (FERA Greece).

He often participates in many international plastic surgery conferences and seminars.

His areas of particular interest are cosmetic surgery (Facelift, Necklift, etc) and the entire spectrum of facial Plastic Surgery, as well as the training of doctors in this field, having, for many years, been an instructor in numerous cosmetic surgery seminars in Greece and abroad.
MARIANNA MYLONA

Dermatologist – Venereologist

Dr Marianna Mylona is a Dermatologist–Venereologist with a particular scientific and clinical interest in Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, Trichology, and Hair Restoration Surgery.

Born and raised on the island of Zakynthos, Greece, she completed her secondary education there before being admitted to the University of Patras Medical School through the highly competitive Greek National University Entrance Examinations, achieving a score of 19,450 points and ranking among the top successful applicants. She graduated from the University of Patras with a “Very Good” degree classification.

From the early years of her medical studies, Dr Mylona demonstrated a strong commitment to scientific education and clinical training both in Greece and internationally. She participated in volunteer and educational medical initiatives, including the “Medical Expedition to Remote Greek Islands,” serving as a volunteer on the island of Skyros. She was also awarded 2nd Prize at the 17th Medical Knowledge Olympiad, held within the framework of the 19th Scientific Congress of Medical Students of Greece.

Through the international educational activities of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA), she undertook clinical training at the Department of Dermatology of Szpital Uniwersytecki in Kraków, Poland, under the supervision of dermatologist Dr Jaworek.

During her medical studies, she was awarded a European scholarship that enabled her to complete a four-month clinical training programme at the Department of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Universitätsklinikum Graz, Austria, with a particular focus on melanoma, under the supervision of Prof. Dr Angelika Hofer. The programme was conducted entirely in German. Dr Mylona holds certified C1-level proficiency in German (Goethe-Zertifikat C1).

Following graduation, she completed her mandatory Rural Medical Service as well as the required year of training in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Zakynthos.

She subsequently moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where she volunteered with the Geneva Red Cross (Croix-Rouge genevoise) while attending the Cours d’été de français at the Université de Genève. During the same period, she obtained the Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) certification through the Hellenic Society of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (ΕΕΚΑΑ).

Following a competitive selection and interview process, she joined the Department of Internal Medicine at HFR Riaz, Fribourg, Switzerland, working in an exclusively French-speaking clinical environment. She holds certified C1-level proficiency in French (Sorbonne C1).

Her longstanding commitment to Dermatology led her back to Greece, where she worked for several years at a specialised centre for Aesthetic Dermatology and Hair Transplantation, receiving training and mentorship under Dr Anastasios Vekris, President of FUE Europe. Through this extensive clinical experience, Hair Transplantation and Hair Restoration Surgery developed into one of the principal areas of her scientific and professional expertise.

For more than a year, she served as the sole physician responsible for Hair Transplantation at a clinic in Nicosia, Cyprus, gaining significant experience in the planning and performance of hair restoration procedures for both men and women. Her practice encompassed restoration of the scalp, eyebrows, beard, and body hair, with an individualised approach to donor-area selection. During her tenure, she also had the honour of representing the clinic at events and award initiatives recognising excellence in hair transplantation outcomes and medical tourism in the field of hair restoration.

In 2023, Dr Mylona commenced her specialist training at the “Andreas Syggros” University Hospital of Cutaneous and Venereal Diseases in Athens, where she completed her residency in Dermatology and Venereology. In May 2026, she obtained her specialist qualification following the Greek National Board Examinations.

During her residency, her commitment to continuing medical education was recognised through the award of three scholarships from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), supporting her participation in specialised educational programmes abroad.

Alongside her specialist training, Dr Mylona has consistently invested in advanced education in Aesthetic and Interventional Dermatology, acquiring extensive experience in contemporary injectable and minimally invasive treatments, including botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, and thread lifting.

Her advanced training includes the Aptos Thread Lifting Certificate in Georgia in 2023, with training by the Sulamanidze family; Teoxane Academy Training in Geneva in 2023; and comprehensive training in injectable treatments through the Hellenic Academy of Aesthetic and Facial Rejuvenation (FERA).

She has also attended major international scientific and educational events in Aesthetic Medicine, including the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) in Monaco in 2024 and an EADV educational programme in Paris in 2025.

Trichology and Hair Restoration Surgery hold a central place in Dr Mylona’s clinical and scientific work. She has participated in leading international meetings in the field, including the FUE Europe Annual Meeting, the ISHRS World Congress in Lisbon, and the Barcelona Hair Meeting 2026.

Her academic activity also includes a poster presentation at the World Congress of Psychodermatology in Istanbul in 2025, as well as participation as an invited speaker at the 7th Panhellenic Congress of Dermatology in Pelion in 2024, where she presented on melanoma prevention and the latest advances in photoprotection. In February 2027, she has been invited to speak at a Panhellenic Congress of Dermatologic Surgery, presenting on scalp hair transplantation.

Dr Mylona speaks Greek, English, French, and German, with certified C1 proficiency in French and German and C2 proficiency in English.

She currently serves as Scientific Lead Dermatologist–Venereologist for the Dermatology and Hair Transplantation Department at Face of Athens, with a strong commitment to personalised patient care and the application of contemporary, evidence-based approaches across Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, Trichology, and Hair Restoration Surgery.
